I am an accomplished professional chef soundly skilled in multiple cuisines, pastries, baking, fine dining or casual, catering and banquets, restaurants, hotels and clubs.  I have opened and or designed numerous   food service facilities.   I have appeared on most networks and cable stations that matter literally hundreds of times.  I have performed and appeared in front of over 32 million people live, and been in printed newspapers and magazines hundreds of times covering millions of copies.
